Can anyone tell me what this is? Why? What for? How ? What? Really?
I seriously haven’t a clue. It has puzzled me since it was built last fall, and recently they have added the lights. As the sun sets the lights come on. It stays lite until about midnight each night. The coolest thing about it, is that ALL the bugs are attracted to the lights, which then attract the night flight hunters from Owls, Night Hawks and Bats.

Someone uses this to draw the bugs away from them and to the light?

Not really sure what they are doing. But it was a little funny and ironic that last week the “bug guy” was there.??? Happy to know I am not the only one puzzled by this 🙂
