Welcome to the SMITH CENTER of Performing Arts in Las Vegas, NV! A rare behind the scenes, photographs during construction. Mr. S makes YOUR world go up and down. On those rare occasions I am able to visit a job site. I always take my camera. His work fascinates me, from an artists view point. I LOVE construction. There is just something about the phases the projects go through, materials used and the people who make it all happen.
The Smith Center has been completed for many years now. I have even had the opportunity to be on the stage with my students when they performed their version of Disney’s “the Jungle Book”.
