I was selected to teach an Advertising Design class at the Mesquite Fine Arts Gallery yesterday for children. It was with their Get Smart with Art program, grant funded. I was surprised to learn that with all the kids that we have in our neighborhood that only 9 had signed up for these FREE art classes. I am used to at least 43 students in class as a public school teacher in Las Vegas. It was a refreshing change with

“NEW BEGINNINGS”!

I believe smaller class sizes are always better.

  I know as a student artist I always enjoyed a small class with undivided attention from the Artist Teacher. The kids wouldn’t take a break and refused to leave until they were done pulling their edition of prints. Parents and students all smiles upon exit 🙂
